I just love it when I happen upon somebody's blog and they're showing off their creation made from one of my patterns. Today I landed on Amy Dunn's beautiful blog (she has 3 girls, I can totally relate!) and saw this beautiful little girl wearing a sweet rendition of my Evelyn Apron skirt (here in pdf and here in paper format). I really love the Sandi Henderson fabrics she picked (and I love that they match her hair!). Oh, and Amy has a really nice etsy shop here.
Here's a cute close up shot.

And here's a gorgeous version done up by the wonderfully talented Tasha Noel (check her etsy shop here). She did a few things "outside the box" and that makes me so happy since you can really get crazy and have some fun with this skirt.

This little crocheted flower is such a sweet touch too. I have some of the embroidery patterns from Tasha's store and I want to try them on the skirt aprons (I know they'd be cute there, especially the hedgehog!).

I think I share this one already but it's worth showing again (since it's one of my all time favorites). This was Sarah Jackson's daughters first sewing project (and I'm so honored) and she really knocked it out of the ball park. I was lucky enough to visit with Sarah at her home in Portland (she used to live down here, waaa!) while on vacation and I loved hearing Annika share how she loved the fabric on the apron because it contained all of the Oz characters in one piece. Way to think through your project before digging in!

Be inspired!
Anyway, I'll keeping my eyes open for more and if you have any projects from my patterns be sure to tell me or, better yet, add them to my flickr group where I'm bound to see them. Keep on sewing!
