Too soon for Christmas decorations
But not too soon for this. Trader Joe's makes these yummy little fake oreos. They taste just like oreos but they are good for you (I know, just play along here). Lo and behold, I just found out they have Christmas Joe-Joe's! My hunny brought these home and usually I'm pretty irked when he deviates from the list but I will overlook it this time.
Hubba hubba!!
On an entirely different note, look at what my 15 year old has been up to:
Aren't they just the cutest??! I think they are actually sweet little "book guards" and if you reach for one of her precious, dewey decimel ordered (except for those few underneath) books, they will turn into little demons (kind of like Jack-Jack) and bite your hand off. You can find a link to the tutorial for these right here.
She keeps asking who she should give them too.
I just smile sweetly and bat my eyelashes (oh please, oh please, pick me).

Jona, those are adorable! She is so talented. Didn't she make earrings last year? Or was that another Ebayer's teenager? Is she interested in making any to sell? If so, have her determine a price and let me know, I may be interested. She could use her profits to buy something nice for her mother:)

Tell her I want one. I am decorating my "studio" with handmade things that make me happy and those make me happy. Just have her name her price !!!!

Those dolls are truly wonderful! And I like them all lined up together.
And the cookies - looks like I'll be heading to TJ's this week. Thanks for the tip.

What pretty little dolls. They're perfect sitting there all lined up and guarding the books. Great project!

The dolls are adorable!
I love all things TJ and those cookies sound YUM (and I love the packaging)! I'm headed to TJ's tomorrow. A box for the family... a box for me.

I missed out on the candy cane joe-joe's last year (they sold out!) so this year I bought a bunch and have the stashed...it's driving my kids crazy.
